POINT OF INTEREST
Whashing place La Charca
Located in the upper part of the village, it has eight washing areas.
The washing rooms have always been a place of working and meeting for the women of the village. With their tajuela (a piece of wood that they kneeled on) their ironing boards and their homemade detergent, they washed the clothes with their worn out hands from the cold waters that came from under the mountains.
